My people are kind, smart, and judge others only by their character. They’re peaceful, but can protect their family if they have to. They don’t fall for political rhetoric or propaganda. They check sources, think for themselves, and move with common sense and emotional intelligence. They’ve got a good sense of humor. They aren’t jealous. When they see people winning, they study it and learn from it. They want the best for everyone and keep working to get better every day. If that’s you, let’s follow each other. I need more of that influence.

I’ve cut my own hair every week since I was 15. I’m 46 now. I’ve also cut my three sons’ hair every two weeks their whole lives. Did the math… I’ve probably saved around $100,000 in haircuts. Best side hustle I never charged for.

At 46, almost 47, this is the simple full body workout I am doing now, 3-4 days a week. Takes 30-40 minutes. Hits everything. Keeps me relatively athletic as I age. Not trying to get big, just get/stay in shape and strong. The hard part for me is being disciplined in the kitchen. So I just try to be aware of what I am eating, make sure I eat my protein, drink a good amount of water and not a lot of calories in my liquids. I also try to keep my calories at or below 2500 a day. Plus, I try to walk/jog 10k steps everyday. The best workout/diet plan is the one you stick to so I don’t like extreme diets that aren’t sustainable. Discipline and consistency is what matters most with everything I’ve ever done well. What am I missing?

So everybody is a Kicks fan all of a sudden? 😂 I’ll be honest though it was fun watching them win with defense, selflessness, teamwork, and effort over more skilled team. I like the NBA better when the Knicks are good.

As of tonight all my kids will be graduated from high school and over 18. As a father to kids ages 26, 23, 20, and 18, I understand that parenting doesn’t end when they become legal adults. But I feel like I have reached a significant milestone as a father and in my life, and at a relatively young age (46). I’m extremely proud of my family and looking forward to the next stage of life. A wedding in less than 2 months… 🙌🏼
