Congrats to John Grant, Brodie Merrill and Paul Rabil who all played during the MLL days and now PLL days. All three changed the expectations of their positions. Incredible players and they gave their teams the best chance to win every game.

Dave Urick was a great coach and a better man. His son is the same type of gentleman. He had what alot of us lacked ,a great deal of balance in his life. Coach was a great man. God bless him and the Urick family.

Tonight’s Navy Lacrosse kick off banquet was a great evening. Coach Amplo ‘s introduction of Coach Richie Meade was impressive and the standing ovation for Richie made it a fantastic night for Navy lacrosse.
