I guess all good things must come to an end. The last 6 years has been good to me at Mooresville High School. A special thanks to Coach Nixon for trusting me to be in charge of his offense as a raw 22 year old back at our West Rowan days and also a shoutout to Coach Mayo for believing in me when he was named the head coach. Strength and conditioning positions aren’t 2nd sports. They need to be treated as their own “sport”/position if you want get the most out of it for coaches and athletes. It won’t happen overnight but Admin and those in power need to understand this. It’s an investment in program
