Day 3 of the Summer Creek T&Clinic was a huge success Today, our campers had the opportunity to experience the excitement of T&F by participating in several events led by our Summer Creek T&F athletes. From learning new skills to competing with enthusiasm, the energy and effort!

THE WORLD RECORD NO ONE SAW COMING 🤯 Ja’Kobe Tharp makes HISTORY in the first round of the #NCAATF 110m hurdles, improving his personal best by a ridiculous 0.26 seconds to become the first man in history under 12.80 seconds and break Aries Merritt’s 2012 world record. Tharp, the defending NCAA and U.S. champ, had only run 13.05 during the collegiate season prior, and now he’s heading into the final having destroyed a record that’d stood for over a decade.

The mental reps my kids got teaching the athletes today at our track camp are priceless. Being able to take what they’ve been coached on and trying to coach other athletes up will help their development a lot.

Sydney Carter is proof that you don't have to dim your light to be taken seriously. A former WNBA player, national champion, and now a coach with the Texas Women's Basketball program, she has shown that excellence and authenticity can coexist. While some focused on what she wore, she stayed focused on what she was building impact, leadership, and opportunities for young women.
