At two local HS, the basketball programs are averaging a new head coach every 2.2 & 2.7 years. This is super cool from Donovan Dent. Not going to pursue a pro career because his calling is helping young kids develop. Another thing my mind immediately went to is that I love that collegiate NIL opportunities probably allowed Dent to feel financially able to do this.
