COACHES: Coaching today's generation of kids is about relationships and connecting with them. Players will still "run through walls" for you if they know, like, or trust you. It's not enough that you care about them. They have to know that you care about them.

What a great day Monday. Got to go to Raritan high school in Hazlet New Jersey and tell my story about addiction and recovery. Coach Nucci is an amazing man. Wrestling Coach, who lost way too many kids to opioids he is trying to help the future generation. God bless you, Coach.

Kudos to Florida coaches for their work to get increased stipends.
They're asking for Head Football Coaches to get $22,500.
$15/hour min wage x 1,500 hours.
Coordinators = $15,000
$15/hour x 1,000 hours
Districts in CA would just shudder athletics if they had to do that.

Now it is in the hands of our elected representatives. We trust 100% they will do what is right for these hardworking men and women.
