This bill is going to elevate the entire state: • Competitive compensation from Pensacola to Miami • Stronger hiring and retention of elite coaches • More stability for programs and student athletes • Freedom for districts to use salaries, hourly rates, bonuses, and incentives • Real pay for real work This bill opens the door for real wages, real recognition, and real hope for the men and women who build our student-athletes every single day.
