These girls were nice enough to give me this experience for the 2nd time in 3 years. Iโll never take it for granted and Iโll always admit itโs because of them. There are so many coaches that are A LOT better than me without one. I am lucky to have these young ladies in my life ๐ฐ

Last week, we kicked off our summer with one of THE BEST camp weeks weโve had since Iโve been at South! Youth Camp was a ton of fun. Our 6th, 7th and 8th grade group has a ton of talent! And the High School girls were locked in and ready to start the new journey. #RaidersFamily๐ฐ

At the HS level, if you have 3 levels, a good freshman coach is crucial to the program.

Never understood H.S. coaches who ignore freshman or JV programs.
Thatโs the future of your varsity team.
Then they complain about no depth, culture, or players ready for varsity.
If you only coach varsity, youโre not building a programโyouโre just coaching a team.
