Last tweet on this, then I’ll leave everything alone and let the program continue to burn.
Craig is leaving UE to be a high school teacher.. that says everything you need to know about his faith in the direction of the program.
They treated Clint Cuffle and Scott Haffners kids like đź’© so they are and will continue to be distant from the program until a change is made.
And although I tweet ether sometimes, I loved UE with all my heart up until 2022. That can’t be denied. Served on committees, donated money, recruited students and everything. I’ve left multiple other companies in my life, sometimes being wrongly fired and have NEVER spoken publicly on any of it until UE.
I do this because for 1, I care(d) And 2, I was treated the worst I ever have been as an employee by someone I thought was a friend. I recruited 3 all conference players in 10 months (Kenny, Ben and Chuck). The current staff will try to say I was the problem or an outlier, but now look..
FOUR 1000 point scorers, 3 of the top 8 scorers in the program history (and others) are now jaded and disassociated from the program.
And although 1 can argue I shouldn’t say things publicly, 1 thing that can never be disputed is did I tell the truth. I’ve never tweeted a lie.. the laziness, asst coach being packed for vacation BEFORE the MVC tournament, refusing to take the best recruits because of insecurity, etc.. is all factual. And everyone internally knows it, that’s why it hurts them when I say it.
And to say the program is REVITALIZED lets you know the ultra low standards at UE now. A once great program that many of us helped build won 6 games last year in year 4 of this coaching regime. 2 of which were non D1 opponents. That’s fireable in almost every other D1 program.. but not UE. He got an extension.
If they don’t care, they why should I or any Aces fan. Hopefully someone will care enough to fix this dumpster fire but until then, I’m done, just like several other formers players, boosters and fans.
No more tweets from me on this subject.. I’m signing out.✌🏾
Craig Snow has stepped down as the associate head coach with UE men’s basketball. Had been on staff since 2022 and was a star for the Aces on the 1999 NCAA Tournament team.
