Softball players: please run out ground/fly balls hard, even if you know you’re going to be out.
Coaches: stop giving your players high fives & ‘good jobs’ when they’re not playing hard. It’s not a ‘good job’ when they hit a fly ball almost over the CF head & barely jog it out.
