Zuby Ejifor ( maybe a little high for him)
Assuming no one in the top 12-15 fall.

Dan Tolzman mentioned that a "Rim-running, shot blocking, lob threat" can add a different element to this team that they haven't had. Said it could be via draft or free agency.

100% agree! It's a copy cat league and it's not just the skillset of the player, but the mentality to want to win. Brunson took a huge paycut to win.

I would be satisfied with the pick. Spoke to a scout recently and they said “ run to the podium” if Quaintance is in the board and if he’s off, run to the podium for steinbach”.

A 6’11 forward/center who’s a athletic GENERATIONAL rebounding prospect ‼️
elite touch at the rim, finishing 70% AT THE RIM
high IQ playmaker, with a reliable handle to go downhill
glimpses of perimeter creation (34% from 3 on 3 attempts)
He averaged 2.3 STOCKS a game, showing defensive versatility to switch on the perimeter.

This is someone I liked at Auburn this year. He would be a legit second round pick who could contribute.
The Raptors have worked out Keyshawn Hall. The 6'7 forward averaged 19.3 points, 7.1 rebs, 2.6 assists & shot 37.9% from the 3.

They fired the coach. They brought in someone who was never a head coach before. It was unfortuntly clear they were going to rebuild and had to unload these guys. Plus they didnt want to pay OG 40 million. They were trying to trade Pascal for a few years and got nothing for him

Combined: ~$82M
Brandon Ingram Immanuel Quickley RJ Barrett Jakob Poeltl: ~$118M
So the Raptors traded away two championship-proven, elite two-way forwards and ended up paying MORE for the replacement group.
Either Bobby Webster badly misread the asset base, MLSE/Keith Pelley imposed the wrong constraints, or both.
Infuriating.
