Agents teaching agents Why I built three different agents in few months, and what I learned sielski.uk/blog/2026-05-23-a…

Your brain is expensive. Context switching costs 15 min to recover. working memory leaks. You spin at night. A personal agent that actually *knows you* — your goals, constraints, what you tried last week — changes the game. But only if you own the memory. not a SaaS vendor.

I built Eidan because the agent OS market is either: - "We'll be your Jarvis" (then lock you in with proprietary memory) - "here's an API" (stateless, no continuity) - "enterprise only" (£50k minimum) Eidan is self-hosted and open-source: github.com/sielay/eidan

Released my private agent stack I use to build my ventures and organise my ADHD life on. Soon, I will be releasing plugin sets that totally revolutionise my work and life. github.com/sielay/eidan

you're building a business on top of someone else's infrastructure. every month you pay rent. every update breaks your workflows. every API change is a surprise. there's another way.

If you have AuDHD and use ChatGPT, you can just make it worse for yourself. You will just get into a spiral of instant reward without any progression. That's why it's better to learn how that stuff works and build own tools on the back of LLMs

the process of creating pages of my graphic novel. I like that childish style for it. dirty, not perfect splashy. fits the audience

Doing my 11 day of challenging myself with drawing a graphic novel to fight my ADHD during the summer.
