Someone hacked my friend's Facebook account. She is worried because the hacker can use it for black mailing and might show it to her family, Family never allowed her to use Facebook, so it can be very risky for her.

My friend's account is being hacked, the password and Gmail both are changed and the hacker maybe using it for the blackmailing purpose. How to recover or completely delete that account?
There is no such option.
