unified agent tool auth added usage reporting to tool-sdk π οΈ
This enables one round trip with a single EIP-3009 signature. Identity, payment, and usage metering all from one X-Payment header. Free and paid tools use the same 402 flow.
update to v0.16.0 of tool-sdk to automatically get these changes in your tools
the usage reporting will attribute specific calls to tools in order to help with discovery and search

just shipped three new REST endpoints to help with discovery:

* list tools β list tools with sort, type filter, and pagination
* get tool β one tool, with its inputs, access requirements and price
