and that if I did not leave immediately, they would CALL THE COPS. I had been a regular customer for months and had never made a complaint before. At no point during my conversations with employees did I raise my voice. Since when did it become forbidden for customers to complain
/give feedback about their orders experience? Since when was it OK not to train your staff in conflict resolution? Since when was OK not to empower a single team member per shift to either remake food or issue a refund without calling a store "owner" for help? #CustomerService
It seems they are allegedly washing trades today. Intensive barcoding for two hours - low volume - meaning retail investors aren't moving actively the stock today - mostly the big boys. They can't even move the share price down that much because we control most of the supply.
