Can anyone at the @FTC explain how @Adobe is STILL allowed to violate the Click to Cancel regulation? You STILL have to contact support in order to cancel a CLEAR violation of the FTC's rule. #darkpatterns

I don't understand why software co still offer alcohol as an incentive for a phone call. With 10% of adults being alcoholics, the people impacted by it & the declining rates of drinking in the younger gens it's got be less effective than offering something like Legos.

It wouldn't be so bad if @SendGrid's chat support team wasn't one of the WORST to work with. They are literally the SLOWEST chat team to respond (5 mins with no response) but will disconnect if you don't respond within 60 seconds of their message. #CustomerSupport

It is mind boggling that @SendGrid STILL doesn't have a way to clear an email queue except going through their support team (who are agonizing to deal with). I've literally been requesting this feature for YEARS.

The biggest frustration as a techie for 20 yrs is that you almost ALWAYS know more than the 1st level support but there's no quick & easy way to get to escalation w/o wasting an hour explaining basic topics (like how DNS works) to agents that just spout KB entries back to you.

I just spent an HOUR having to explain VERY basic DNS functionality to the @SquarespaceHelp team because all they could do was mindlessly quote KB articles at me for explaining why @squarespace's system is incorrectly saying we haven't verified our domain. #techsupport #csfail

I can't believe that the @googledrive audit tool in @GoogleWorkspace does NOT contain ANY information on the device that files were downloaded to other than IP Address. This SEVERELY handcuffs any security investigation. #CyberSecurity

Its been 715 days since a 4" or greater storm in Boston. Tuesday's doesn't look unique at this point for amount of snow, coastal flooding or wind. However, it may be a strong storm impacting travel etc for the day, not days.
