Outlet executives give incorrect information.
Chat executives unable to sort issues.
Even RedX customers don't get their concerns addressed. @ViCustomerCare
Pathetic customer service of @airfrance.
Lost my baggage Ref DELAF87531. I shared AirTag location. Promised delivery before I left for my next trip by 6 am today.
I can still see bag sitting at the airport 7 hours after arrival despite calling me and confirming the above!
Why does @KotakBankLtd@KotakPrime want payment for duplicate NOC of completion of payment for a loan in cash? And that too the exact change?
Rs 1045/- for a Duplicate NOC already issued?
And extremely poorly behaved staff at that. @RBI can you please look into this?
Went to send some articles by #speedpost today.
In the 20 minutes, 5 customers (including me) paid Rs 10 extra as they did not have change.
On enquiring why UPI was not available to pay, I was told that the system does not support!

Pathetic customer service from @Swiggy. Not only was the customer service executive incompetent, but was rude and arrogant as well.
