Working with 2 graders, I realized you do not need a device management software for them. They are walking surveillance units. Put one or two of them on duty and you will know what everyone is doing on their devices in real time ๐คฃ

As a former XC coach, I recognized that schools with hills to train on did better overall... because hills make you faster and stronger. So, in life, if you're given hills, be thankful... because you will be transformed after you get to the top.

I completely agree here. The way to do this is reduce teaching hours (not work hours) & reduce class sizes. This takes hiring more teachers & paras. Instead of spending money on programs & consultants, spend that money on increasing teacher numbers in schools.

I am convinced the single most important factor to improve culture, retention, work-life balance, teaching, learning, & the education experience is TIME. Time to collaborate, complete paperwork, attend meetings & meet w/ Ss in a different setting. ALL within the school day.
