I did a decade in South America, built a B2C business doing just shy of $2M today, and I endorse this message. If I were starting over, I'd go B2B. Consumers (inc. me) are fickle, frugal, unserious. B2B isn't sexy but it's money.
The guys I know in LATAM…
who’ve been running remote businesses for 10 years and doing 1M …
almost all have one thing in common:
B2B service companies.
There are other models that work…
but this is the one I see most.
They solve real problems for real companies…
get paid on repeat and build long-term relationships
Not sexy.
But it lasts…
and compounds over time.
