The bane of customer experience is password requirements that have vague or unnecessary requirements.

My dad has COVID and I was going to fly in and stay with them this weekend. Now instead I’m going to fly in and stay with other family and friends. Got yelled at by my mom because I don’t visit her enough. How is this my fault? 🙄

2021 is wearing pjs all day until 5, when I change into the jeans that have been on the floor of my bedroom for over a week, so I can walk downstairs to the liquor store for beer and walk back upstairs and change back into my pjs.
