#americanairlines, you need to do better. Flying from Palm Springs to Phoenix and seats are double booked and total chaos. Deboarded the plane then boarding one name at a time. They aren’t even using the microphone but making passengers yell out the names. Do better.

Great minds sharing different perspectives, all in Chicago. Many thanks to @igor_igorgosev for his valuable insight on his incredible success with HM3 implants via thoracotomy. More from @RyanTedfordMD tomorrow for Grand Rounds on RV optimization.

Replying to @UChicago
@UChicago has completed its first procedures using @Abbott #Amplatzer #Amulet LAA Occluder. A non-surgical therapy uses dual-seal technology to completely and immediately seal the LAA, reducing the risk of stroke in patients with #afib and eliminating the need for blood thinners

@onepeloton I am so disappointed in your customer service. I ordered a treadmill, had the delivery scheduled and no one showed up. No call, no email, nothing. I have had to waste two days trying to get in touch with someone only to be told I have to wait 4 more weeks. Peloton

Messed up, peloton never called to remedy it, peloton refuses to let me talk to a supervisor and has zero interest in providing a reasonable solution. Horrible service especially for someone that has been a dedicated customer and has been looking forward to this for weeks after

VAD coordinators are a unique breed. Not afraid to say what’s on our minds. We protect our teams. Our patients, and most importantly, our OWN. Yesterday virtually we came together. To support and celebrate success! We are a force to be reckoned with. @VADCoordinator

So truly inspiring ❤️
Out of 23 combined heart/liver/kidney transplants done worldwide 10 were done at @UChicagoMed and 6 of these within the last 12 months. Congratulations to an incredible team and our wonderful patients who are hard to recognize and speak here today #donatelife
