The apps are there. Plenty of devs have tried this. The issue is marketing, not even the agents that most of you keep mentioning.
The app has to be known and trusted by landlords huko mashinani. That means local radio stations have to push it, TV stations, social media, billboards, pay influencers, etc. Hii capital hakuna dev ako nayo. They will have to seek funding, and most investors know this is a very risky business.
Also, the app has to be ad free, with a good UI.
