I dislike the term "pre-renal" AKI which reflexively gets fluids -"hemodynamic" AKI is more apt
Saw pt w/AKI, UNa<10, bland UA. Fits "pre-renal"
Exam=tense abdomen w/ascites - asked for bladder pressure->26 c/w IAH
Tx:LVP w/resolution of AKI. Fluids would've been the wrong move
