The most inspiring person is the one overcoming the fear of doing something, not the person excellent at it.

Our founding fathers literally went to war over a tea tax and the started a country. I don’t think they would give a fuck that a couple dudes are fighting on the lawn.
I still am struggling to wrap my head around the fact this is actually happening… Don’t care what your political views are, EVERYONE should be absolutely embarrassed & ashamed that this is happening at the Lincoln Memorial & White House. What a joke.

These days 530 on a Sunday morning look a lot different. No more hangovers and sleeping in late, waking up feeling like shit. Instead I am in the gym trying to better myself. Be the change you want to be.

Unpopular Opinion: If a company expects senior technicians to train new hires using their personal tools, there should be a dedicated fund to replace tools that get lost, broken, or "accidentally adopted" during training. Hear me out... A trainer is already giving up something valuable: Their time Their experience Their productivity Their patience Now add in the fact that trainees are constantly borrowing meters, probes, hand tools, thermometers, gauges, leak detectors, and everything else that magically disappears into a van somewhere. At what point does that become the trainer's financial burden? If a trainee loses my tool while I'm helping them learn the trade, why should I be the one paying for it? Maybe shops should have a training tool budget specifically for replacing tools damaged or lost during the training process. Or maybe trainers should stop lending out their personal tools altogether. What's the answer? If you're a trainer: Have you ever had a tool disappear while training someone? If you're a manager: Should the company cover it? If you're a trainee: Did you ever lose something that belonged to your trainer? Let's hear it. #CommercialKitchenChronicles #FoodserviceEquipmentRepair #HVACR #SkilledTrades #CommercialRefrigeration #FieldService #TechnicianLife #ServiceTechnician #TradeLife #HVAC #Mentorship #TrainingTheNextGeneration #ToolAccountability #CFESA 👇 Drop your thoughts below. Who should be responsible for replacing the tool? The trainee, the trainer, or the company? 🍿🔧

A compressor can pass every winding test and still be completely junk. Today's service call was a Duke tri-rail holding at 55°F. The first clue was the sound. That familiar refrigeration compressor "clock of death" every service technician knows. After pulling the condensing sled, I found the compressor extremely hot. Time for electrical troubleshooting. Resistance readings looked perfect: • Common to Start: 15Ω • Common to Run: 3Ω • Run to Start: 18Ω The numbers added up exactly as they should on a healthy refrigeration compressor. Many technicians would stop there. I didn't. Before attempting a hard start kit or Annie, I checked the compressor windings to ground. Boom. Shorted to ground. Failed compressor. This is why commercial refrigeration troubleshooting requires a complete diagnosis. A compressor can pass winding resistance checks and still be defective. If you skip the ground test, you can easily misdiagnose the problem and waste time chasing the wrong repair. One quick test confirmed the failure, a call was made to the manufacturer, and a replacement condensing sled is already on the way. The lesson? Don't diagnose what you think is wrong. Diagnose what the data proves is wrong. The winding readings were perfect. The compressor was still dead. The data doesn't lie. Have you ever had a refrigeration compressor pass resistance checks but fail a ground test? #CommercialRefrigeration #RefrigerationTroubleshooting #HVACR #FoodserviceEquipmentRepair #CommercialKitchenEquipment #RefrigerationCompressor #ElectricalTroubleshooting #ServiceTechnician #SkilledTrades #CompressorFailure #HVACTech #RefrigerationTech #CommercialKitchenChronicles 🐍 Viper Products helps technicians work smarter with industry-trusted products like Nylog, WetRag, Big Blu, and Viper Coil Cleaners. If you're a content creator and aren't feeling creative, I strongly recommend chillin completely alone with zero distractions for 60 minutes. Hang out by a fire, go for a walk without your phone, take a drive in total silence. Just be completely alone with your thoughts. Guarantee you'll feel refreshed afterward with a VERY clear mindset. I do it often and it works EVERY time. 🤝

Week 1 is done and time for a check in. So far I'm 8lbs down. Diet is pretty straight forward. 2000 calories, 200 grams of protein and around 80 grams carbs. Always under on calories and protein, but I try to hit it. Add in a gallon of water to keep my hydrated. Exercise is simple. Gym days I'm 30 minutes on treadmill. Then 45 to.60 on weight machines. I try to 10000 steps daily as well. Better break down in the video. Thanks for the support and encouragement.
