They got a mind-boggling $124,000. They spent it on Louis Vuitton bags and a $15,000 BIRTHDAY PARTY with horses, thrones, fancy gifts. And this isn't her first time. Tiawana Brown is a CONVICTED FELON who already served federal prison time for fraud, years before Charlotte NC voters put her on the City Council. This week, the last of the three, her daughter Antionette, pleaded guilty. She admitted to pocketing astonishing $51,000 by herself.. All three have now admitted it. All three are guilty.
