Great to see progress today at a P500 site for 24 more affordable homes, with 16 at Manchester Living Rent, in Harpurhey being built by @MSVHousing and meet a new tenant. š”

498 homes, of which 214, or 43% are affordable have gained planning permission on a former brownfield site in East Manchester next to Phillips Park.
Pleased to see this site progress, which also includes 139 homes for social rent for local residents and families. š”š³
