- In Lancaster County our team caught and stopped a suspected widespread voter registration fraud operation before the election. Then we had a press conference and put out the word to other counties so they could stop it too, even though the PA Dept of State refused to warn them. - In Lancaster County we rejected the crazy arguments by the Casey for Senate legal team to count illegal ballots in a 3-0 unanimous, bipartisan decision. The PA Supreme Court has again affirmed this position. - In Lancaster County we stand for the rule of law and fair elections.

No better day than Flag Day and the birthday of the U.S. Army for the dedication ceremony for the Malmedy Massacre Memorial in Mount Joy War Memorial Park today. It was a beautiful ceremony and the memorial is a moving tribute to those who lost their lives at Malmedy - and to those like Lancaster County hero Harold Billow - who survived and came home to keep their memory alive. Thank you to the Mount Joy Rotary Club and all the others who made today happen.

“The flag was still there.” Long before it flew at ballgames and front porches across America, the flag flying over Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine became a symbol of survival during the War of 1812. After enduring hours of British bombardment, the fort’s enormous flag remained standing at sunrise, inspiring “The Star-Spangled Banner.” This Flag Day, we honor the history, sacrifice, and stories behind the stars and stripes. 🇺🇸 Photo of the Great Garrison Flag by NPS

On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress adopted a resolution stating the “flag of the United States be thirteen alternate stripes red and white” and “the Union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new Constellation.” Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

They refused to bathe. They refused to salute. They poached deer from an English lord's estate and used their washing water ration to cook it. The night before D-Day they shaved mohawks and painted their faces like warriors. Then they jumped into Normandy on one of the deadliest missions of the invasion. This is the story of the Filthy Thirteen..🧵1/7

Evening of June 5, 1944 - 82 years ago tonight - paratroopers are given the order to load up for D-Day. They include Lancaster County men like Ray Wallace (pictured with me a few years ago in Columbia.) Jumping from a plane in training is interesting enough, I can only imagine what they were feeling jumping into a hostile French countryside teeming with enemy. They landed scattered and off target and set of as individuals and small groups to find a fight. Those men are legends. May we have half the courage they had and may we preserve the freedom the paid for so dearly. God bless them.

Success—It's been a long road, but the fight was worth it. The provision I authored to ensure ICE can arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens who are released from jails and prisons in jurisdictions that violate federal immigration law is in the reconciliation text. In 2025, nearly 18,000 aliens were released from jails instead of transferred to ICE. That is insane. They were already in jail. ICE had already identified them. Politicians let them walk back into American communities. This is about commonsense immigration enforcement in America. Unlawful aliens. Already in custody. Released instead of transferred to ICE. There is no serious defense for that.
Senate Republicans' Secure America Act will fund @CBP and @ICEgov through 2029, ensuring Democrats' open border, defund-the-police agenda can no longer harm the American public. Democrats broke the appropriations process and withheld pay from federal law enforcement officers for 76 days, all because they wanted to leave our nation vulnerable to violent criminals, potential terrorists, illicit drugs and deadly contraband. Now, Democrats' partisan tantrum will result in a more robust @DHSgov, with the funds to fulfill its mission for years to come. 👇 judiciary.senate.gov/press/r…
