Then he started Advance where Companies House shows he held 75% of the voting rights.. the party was centred around him, and wasn’t democratic at all.. Now he’s joining Restore.. led by Rupert Lowe.. with Companies House showing Lowe has 75% shares.. 75% voting rights.. and the power to appoint or remove directors.
