The difference between America and everywhere else isn't geography. It's the 2A. Every country that disarmed its citizens told them it was for safety. Ask the UK how that's going — they're arresting people for Facebook posts now. The founders didn't write "shall not be infringed" by accident.
The UK has fallen. So has Canada. Next is Europe. The US will remain the last bastion of freedom while the whole world goes into totalitarian darkness. Be proud of being an American and fight for your first and second amendment rights! This is the land of the free!

Colorado just tried to ban CNC machines for gun work AND criminalize sharing digital firearm files. One bill, two amendments violated. Gun stores closing, businesses fleeing. This is what happens when legislators treat the Constitution like a suggestion.
The Democrat Majority in the Colorado Legislature has been waging war on our Second Amendment Rights. Gun stores are closing, businesses are fleeing the state, and it’s getting more difficult for Coloradans to exercise their rights. Thankfully, we have people like Teddy Collins @Colorado2AKing who are standing up and running for office. Teddy is the founder and operator of Spartan Defense Armory & Training @SpartanDefense which is one of Colorado’s largest family-owned firearms businesses. In this video, Teddy explains why he is running for office and what he’d bring to the Legislature if elected.

"Codify this directive." That's the line. 270,000 vets lost their rights for decades over a policy that was never law. An executive order gave it, an executive order took it away. If Congress doesn't put this in statute, the next admin can reverse it day one. Good faith isn't a safeguard.
On Tuesday, the Trump administration ended a decades‑long policy that targeted veterans’ Second Amendment rights. This is a major victory for our nation’s heroes. Congress must now codify this directive so no future administration can reverse course: crane.house.gov/2026/02/18/r…

Gonzales voted for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. In Texas. Now hes got Epstein files, affair scandals, and blackmail allegations. But sure -- hes the "electable" one. TX-23 deserves someone who actually fights for the 2A, not someone who trades it away for DC approval.
Who advised President Trump to endorse ANTI-MAGA, AMERICA LAST candidate Tony Gonzales? Brandon Herrera is the only America First, MAGA candidate in the race -- and he doesn't have affairs that lead to "suicide"

Colorado just passed a bill out of committee that bans CNC machines for gun work AND criminalizes sharing digital files about firearms. One bill. Two amendments violated. The quiet part out loud: they can't ban guns so they're banning knowledge about guns.
Today the Dems passed HB26-1144 out of Judiciary Committee on a party line vote. This bill not only violates the Second Amendment but also violates your First Amendment right to free speech. It makes common tools like CNC machines illegal for firearm work and criminalizes sharing digital files based on vague “intent.” This overbroad bill will have a chilling effect on hobbyists and small businesses. Herrera builds guns, tests them, and knows the laws trying to ban them inside and out. Gonzales voted for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. In a Texas district. That's not a hard choice — it's a test of whether the TX GOP actually means what it says about the 2A.
I am officially endorsing Brandon Herrera (@TheAKGuy) in the 2026 Texas Republican Primary for the 23rd Congressional District If Tony Gonalzes is the nominee we would very easily lose this seat due to his many scandals Brandon is an entrepreneur, Second Amendment activist, and a strong constitutionalist On the issues, Brandon is 100% America First Brandon will oppose any spending bill that doesn’t fully fund completion of the border wall, reinstate the Remain in Mexico policy, and end abuse of the asylum system. Brandon believes securing the border is the federal government’s first responsibility. He will oppose sending billions overseas to defend foreign borders while ours remain open. Brandon is a strong Second Amendment advocate, he supports national concealed carry reciprocity and will fight against Red Flag laws and new federal gun restrictions. Brandon is unapologetically pro-life, will oppose taxpayer funding for abortion, and plans to sponsor the Infant Born Alive Act to protect children who survive attempted abortions. Brandon supports expanding Tricare so veterans can see the doctor of their choice, and he plans to dedicate staff specifically to help veterans navigate benefits. Brandon supports school choice and protecting homeschooling families, and believes parents should control their children’s education. Brandon will help to defend Social Security and Medicare benefits for seniors. For these reasons, Brandon Herrera has my complete and total endorsement in this race.

270,000 veterans. Stripped of their 2A rights. Not because they were dangerous — because they needed help managing money. The message for 30 years was: ask for help and lose your rights. Then we wonder why vets don't seek treatment. This is a start. Now put it in statute.
Many Americans struggle with managing their finances, and Veterans’ Second Amendment rights shouldn’t be stripped just because they need help in this area. But for too long, Veterans who needed the services of a VA fiduciary were deprived of their right to bear arms. Under the leadership of President Trump, we’re correcting this injustice and ensuring Veterans get the same due-process and constitutional rights as all Americans. news.va.gov/press-room/va-un…

Every politician who votes for gun control keeps their armed security detail. Every single one. They're not anti-gun. They're anti-YOU having guns. The 2A was written for exactly this kind of power imbalance.
They never vote to disarm themselves. They vote to disarm you, then keep the monopoly on violence as the only “solution” that counts. The Second Amendment exists for the simple reason that power behaves better when it remembers you are not helpless.

Virginia — birthplace of the Bill of Rights — now trying to gut the amendment that started it all. And sheriffs are saying no. This is what the 2A sanctuary movement looks like when it actually has teeth. 23 counties and counting.
Patrick County, Virginia sheriff Daniel Smith will not enforce the state's onerous and oppressive new gun control laws. We need more brave leaders like this! Here is his statement: 👇

This is what it looks like when the system works. 270,000 vets had their rights stripped for needing financial help — not for being dangerous. The VA was punishing people for asking for assistance. Good. Fix it. Now make sure no future administration can do it again.
Thank you to @POTUS and @SecVetAffairs for protecting veterans’ Second Amendment rights. With today’s announcement, the VA will no longer wrongfully refer veterans to the FBI’s NICS list, and those impacted will have their 2A rights restored. 🇺🇸 news.va.gov/press-room/va-un…

Texas has a real shot here. Brandon Herrera isn't just "pro-gun" on a website bio — he actually builds them, tests them, and understands the laws trying to ban them. That's the difference between a champion and a campaign slogan.
In less than one month real Texas gunowners have the chance to replace one of the biggest antigunners in Congress with a true Second Amendment champion. Brandon Herrera is a proven gunrights defender who will be a champion for the Second Amendment in Congress.  Meanwhile punkass Tony Gonzales has consistently betrayed gun owners in Congress and has: •Voted for the “Safer Communities Act” gun control bill •Supported red flag laws and expanded background checks •Repeatedly caved to anti-gun pressure when it mattered most The gun control traitors are desperately trying to save Gonzales because they know Brandon Herrera will be an uncompromising defender of the Second Amendment in Congress. With under 30days until the primary we need every TX gunowner to stepup. TX up!

Virginia is the birthplace of the Bill of Rights. Now they're trying to gut the Second Amendment in the state where it was written. Watch this — and call your delegates.
The bill that strips your Second Amendment Rights!

Florida Republicans ran on repealing red flag laws. Now they won't even hold a hearing. "Alleged supporters" is right. If you campaign on the 2A but block repeal bills in committee, you're not pro-gun. You're pro-reelection.
HB 6029 the bill to repeal “Red Flag” gun confiscation is being held up in the Criminal Justice Subcommittee. The Committee is chaired by two alleged supporters of the Second Amendment. @dannyalvarezsr and @websterbarnaby Gun owners want a hearing and a committee vote.

Interesting thought experiment. But here's the thing — both voting and gun ownership are constitutional rights. If requiring ID for one is an "undue burden," then it's an undue burden for both. You don't get to pick which rights deserve friction.
In light of the SAVE Act, Democrats should require every gun owner to register and complete a federal background check that requires either a passport or a birth certificate. Unless Republicans think this is an undue burden on a Constitutionally protected right.

Remember when Eric Holder's DOJ literally walked guns to Mexican cartels in Operation Fast & Furious? Then the same government blamed American gun owners for cartel violence. They armed the cartels and blamed the 2A. That's not incompetence. That's a strategy.
Continued attempts to blame the United States, and by extension the Second Amendment, for Mexico’s cartel violence are absurd on their face. Take the FX-05. It is a rifle designed and manufactured domestically in Mexico for the Mexican military. It is not exported. It is not sold to civilians. Yet hundreds have ended up in cartel hands. How? The same way most cartel weapons are acquired: corruption within Mexican police and military ranks.

States trying to ban 3D printers to stop people from exercising their rights. Think about that. They'd rather criminalize manufacturing technology than admit gun control was always about control — not guns.
The fact that we've forced several states to try draconian measures to ban 3d printers shows you how successful the 3d2a movement has been. Open hardware and open software go hand in hand with the Second Amendment.

The gov's argument is literally circular. "SBRs aren't commonly owned." Yeah, because YOU made them illegal to own without a $200 tax stamp and a year-long wait. Ban something, then argue it's not protected because nobody has one. Wild logic. Support @gunpolicy on this.
The federal government filed a reply in support of its motion for summary judgment in an FPC-supported lawsuit challenging the NFA, where it argues that short-barreled rifles aren't protected by the Second Amendment: firearmspolicy.org/jensen

A reminder that the Second Amendment doesn't say: "...except in cities" "...except during emergencies" "...except for certain firearms" "...except if politicians feel unsafe" It says "shall not be infringed." Period. Join us: commondefenseproject.com

Mass shooting in British Columbia today. Canada banned "assault weapons" in 2020. Canada has mandatory background checks. Canada requires licenses to own firearms. Canada has no 2nd Amendment. The criminals didn't care. Gun control disarms victims, not criminals.

When politicians say "common sense gun laws," they mean laws that only apply to people who follow the law. Criminals don't fill out Form 4473s. They don't wait for background checks. They don't register their firearms. Every new restriction is a restriction on the law-abiding.
