The interim memorandum between America and Iran will likely be the final deal because it has the only elements that the two sides agree on: A ceasefire, removal of U.S. naval blockade on Iran, opening of Hormuz Strait. All the other points are still contended and were thus relegated to the “final deal,” within 60 days. The gap will continue to be wide, disagreement irreconcilable, 60 days will become open ended. The Trump Gaza Peace Plan is an illustration. Agree on most pressing demands, relegate the rest of the contentious issue to later. Later never comes. Status quo becomes permanent.

Trump: Iran will face "unbelievable consequences" if it violates the deal's nuclear provisions. "All hell will rain down" if Tehran develops, purchases, or otherwise acquires a nuclear weapon. Trump says he only agreed to sign after language was added blocking Iran from buying or acquiring a weapon. He declined to specify what actions the U.S. would take, saying only that the consequences would be "the ultimate consequences." Despite the warning, Trump says he still hopes the agreement leads to a positive relationship between Washington and Tehran.

Big countries are watching closely. Israel is going to receive a lot of friendship requests soon. Israel is a superpower and a divine country, and even Israel’s enemies know it. They would love to see Israel replace America as their ally. Israel will never become an ally of bad governments, but that won’t stop them from trying to win Israel’s heart. They want Israel on their side. As an American, it makes me very sad. Maybe our next administration will be better. Maybe not.

However the situation with Hezbollah and Iran eventually pans out, I find it satisfying that the Iranian regime built and armed Hezbollah to act as a deterrent against Israel (which it did very well), but now Hezbollah is in such trouble the regime has to risk its own future to protect it! Beautiful irony. Eventually, both the evil Iranian regime and their once powerful proxy in Lebanon will crumble and fall.

Spoke with President Trump. He says the deal with Iran is expected to be signed in the next 2-3 hours. President Trump said he asked Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu “what the fu*k are you doing?” on a call after the Israeli strikes against Beirut. He told Netanyahu not to conduct additional strikes. The President told me he will ask Iran not to respond with missile fire toward Israel. More on @FoxNews.
