the way to get over this is... keep drawing! From my experience I have seen way more "talented young artists" than successful older ones because most tend to quit. beat the statistics!
Artists should stop feeling insecure when someone younger than you makes good work
not only does it not matter at all its also annoying to constantly see the defeatist attitude around it

Let's be honest, if Blue Lock had animation like this from the very beginning, it would probably be as popular as Jujutsu Kaisen today. This episode generated so much buzz on social media. The production committee doesn't seem to realize the huge potential this anime has.
