With extreme heat forecast for Labor Day Weekend, Sutter County plans to open a cooling center at Veteran's Hall, 1425 Veterans Memorial Circle, Yuba City Sunday and Monday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. Sty hydrated, avoid exertion outdoors during the heat of the day.
