Gonna be a glorious day tomorrow in Tenby! Athletes, put your feet up today, stay out of the sun, hydrate well & get your mind right, ready for the morning. The training is done, tomorrow you can get out there, express that hard earned fitness & have fun! The red carpet awaits!!!

Sunday- after much deliberation (aka we can’t work out how to get the refreshments up to Saundersfoot), we will meet at North Beach car park at 10:30am. There we will pick up refreshments from my van and if everyone can pitch in to help carry said refreshments up to Saundersfoot
