I have a thought about promoting Ideas or #product Instead of just asking as part of your workday routine. "What are you working on?" or "Share your product over here I will rate it" & collecting leads for your own venture. Let's get on a call with all who comment & #contribute

Hey All, After a long grind for months, we kept stripping things down and rebuilding the core. We’ve officially launched on @ProductHunt & would really appreciate the support from you. If what we’re building resonates with you, an upvote or a quick comment would be great
We’re live on Product Hunt 🚀 Chats in one place. Tasks in another. Execution? Lost. WorkElate fixes this. → Turn conversations into tasks → Add context, ownership, clarity → Track work from idea producthunt.com/products/wor… 👉 Would love your support & feedback:

Does it function properly? Is it quick in performance? Did you hear what I mentioned? Will you be there if something goes wrong? Are the actual points that every #builder #entrpreneur or #developer should worry about
I've shipped 40 projects to real clients. Here's what none of them cared about. Your tech stack. Your architecture diagrams. Your sprint planning tool. Your font choices. Here's what every single one of them cared about. Does it work? Is it fast? Did you listen to what I said? Will you be available when something breaks? That's it. Four questions. Every project that went wrong - I failed at one of those four. Every project that led to a referral - I nailed all four. Building software isn't complicated. Humans are. Learn to serve the human. The software will follow.

An idea that might just work for many #agencies or #businessowners
I just published How to Manage Team Tasks Without Multiple Tools medium.com/p/how-to-manage-t…

Founding is weirdly #lonely. No one talks about this part of founding. You can have a team. #Advisors. #Investors. #mentors But the final decisions? They land on your desk at 2:17am. And there’s no one to hand them to.

Because you're trying to build something that didn’t exist yesterday. A #friend said to me: “Of course it feels #impossible. If it didn’t, someone else would’ve already done it.” Weirdly simple. But it snapped something back into place.

If you're #building something and quietly struggling: You're not #broken. You're not behind. You're just in the part #nobody posts about. Keep going.

Looking for ways to connect with founders, teams, and operators to share a launch-ready AI-native #workspace solution. workelate.com/ #Task_Management, Chats, emails, Persona & Journey Mapping, UserJPG, #forms, #whiteboard & Analytics. All included, #more on the way.

Your AI isn’t broken. Your system is. 78% of AI projects fail-not because the tech is bad, but because messy data siloed tools feed it garbage. AI doesn’t fix chaos. It scales it. Are you building intelligence or automating confusion?

The fix? Unify data. Clean workflows. Fix the pipes. Then add the brains.
6
Old rule: Garbage in, garbage out. New rule: Garbage in, confident nonsense out. Now it sounds right which is worse.
8
AI needs clean, connected data. But most companies run on: – 5 tools – 6 silos – 0 shared context
9
78% of AI projects fail. Everyone blames the model. Almost no one audits the system feeding it.

My stack used to cost ~$400/mo. Projects, Chat, Mail, #Whiteboard, #Forms, Calendar, Analytics. All “best in class.” Together? #Chaos. Something was killing speed. So I went for a #revamp. Now we run it inside @WorkElate . Less tools. More execution. What tool are you use?

50 #founders . One simple #question : “How many #tools do you use daily?” Email. CRM. PM. Chat. #Analytics. Docs. Most paused. Then laughed. The #stack keeps growing. The #clarity doesn’t. The #frustration was #louder than the number. The answers hurt.

What this tells us 👇 The next big #opportunity isn’t “more software.” It’s consolidation. Founders don’t want features. They want flow.

#Interesting stats: Founders using ≤4 tools reported: • Faster decision-making • Less team friction • Higher weekly output Less stack. More speed.

When asked what they’d keep if forced to cut down: Most said: • 1 communication tool • 1 task/project manager • 1 core revenue tool 3 tools > 10 average ones.
