PS: It matters what brand you get. Avoid brands that add unnecessary amounts of fats. Pure kernels would be best, but they aren't as good in terms of texture and taste. But during fat loss, compared to eating nothing is much better.

This means: → Planning what I’ll do the night before → Reducing low-leverage tasks → Combining similar tasks → Maximising leverage That way I gain hours, reduce stress and decision fatigue. I’m not only optimising health habits But also work habits. Which most entrepreneurs trying to lose fat don’t consider. But it’s huge.

Health is your advantage. It would be very hard for me to end my healthy habits now after seeing how much more productive I am and how much better I feel. Seriously underrated.

People arrive to the health pipeline at different stages & stick to it if/when they are ready. What has changed are the norms for drinking and sleep and now, people with both cognitive and physical jobs are tending to their health and it does give them more peak output hours.

I unitentionaly overate yesterday. Here’s what I did to fix it: Nothing. I keep going like it didn't happen. → I won't eat less today → I won't do more cardio Most people who try to make up for it burnout. So don't do that. Keep following the plan.
