Health is your advantage.
It would be very hard for me to end my healthy habits now after seeing how much more productive I am and how much better I feel.
Seriously underrated.
People arrive to the health pipeline at different stages & stick to it if/when they are ready. What has changed are the norms for drinking and sleep and now, people with both cognitive and physical jobs are tending to their health and it does give them more peak output hours.

I'm disciplined now because I procrastinated so many times my brain kinda finally understood that maybe I should stop procrastinating because every time I do I feel awful.
I unitentionaly overate yesterday.
Here’s what I did to fix it:
Nothing.
I keep going like it didn't happen.
→ I won't eat less today
→ I won't do more cardio
Most people who try to make up for it burnout.
So don't do that.
Keep following the plan.
