I’m looking into setting up an LLC in the US to use Stripe (Stripe doesn’t support my country yet 🥲). Do you know of any services that make it easy to set up an LLC and a bank account for non-US residents?

Reddit has good subreddits that accept launches.. use their rules to avoid bans Otherwise there are some alternative sites to PH, like: Indie Hackers Peerlist MagicBox tools Fazier Uneed Tiny Launch Microlaunch Tiny Startups Also Most people forget about your own newsletter Even a small-subscriber list with a clear subject line can drive real early traction.. and i think you have Medium too where you can publish it

I sent 147,700 cold emails for gojiberry.ai over the last 30 days. If you want to replicate it, here’s the exact setup 👇 1) Infrastructure cost → ~$800/month 2) Domains → 55 domains 3) Email accounts per domain → 3 inboxes 4) Max emails per inbox / day → 35 5) Sending tool → Instantly 6) Lead source → High-intent leads from GojiberryAI scraping 7) Results → $3,000 in new MRR every month 8) What actually works (important) → No links in the emails → Max 2 sentences → Don’t ask for demos → Offer a blueprint / resource instead (converts way better) 9) Would I scale it? → Absolutely. Cold email still works. You just need the right infra and the right leads.

marketing isn't hard anymore platforms like Content Rewards let you pay for guaranteed organic views you don't have to guess if your content will go viral or hope it converts launch a campaign, thousands of creators post your stuff across every platform, you get hundreds of videos and millions of views you're buying the views directly now same way you'd run Meta ads but it's all organic content and costs way less we just had a brand get 80M views from 200 videos on a $9k budget then you take the best ones and run them as paid ads because you already know they work no more guessing
Building is not the hard part any more. Marketing is.

Quick cold email math: You send 100 emails per day with good infrastructure. That's 2,000 emails per month. 5% reply rate = 100 replies. 25% of replies book = 25 calls. 20% of calls close = 5 new clients. At $5K ACV = $25,000 MRR. And that's conservative. Not including: - Multiple sequences running - Intent-based campaigns hitting 12% - Follow-ups catching stragglers Good infra can pay for itself in week 1.
