No joke, Swiggy’s customer service is going downhill fast. I’ve been a loyal user since 2019 — never touched Zomato — and back then Swiggy actually solved problems instantly. Now their entire script is just ‘sorry for your problem, we’ll look into it next time.’ Next time? How about this time? Yesterday I was just browsing coupons, accidentally tapped ‘pay,’ and the order went through automatically. OTP confirmed, money gone, food on the way — all because my card was saved as default. Convenient, sure, but what if it’s a mistake? They don’t even let you cancel instantly anymore; they removed that one-minute cancellation window. @swiggyindia @swiggydesign this is broken. It’s happened to me multiple times, and every time your ‘support’ gives me nothing but robotic ‘are you with me?’ texts. That’s not customer service, that’s torture. Fix it.

Easiest way to build a tribe is to convince a group of people that their current misfortune is not due to their choices but instead due to presence and actions of another group.

A dream for any artist is to have their work appreciated, admired, and recognized by all. How many of you were familiar with Studio Ghibli? Like me, most people didn’t realize they pioneered this unique art style. Now, their work is gaining traction—people are searching for it, discovering it, and that means more viewers. If it saves you time and money, what’s the problem? It’s a win. It’s not just about how you tell a story—it’s about what story you choose to share. Focus on your craft. Keep honing your skills, exploring new techniques, and pushing your boundaries. A true artist doesn’t coast on a single achievement or flaunt it forever—they evolve. An artist is more than any one piece of work. Don’t box yourself in. #gibli #GibhliStyle #ArtistOnTwitter #ArtistOnTwitter #artofstroytelling

Are you a PX designer and want to learn code but don't know where n how to start?? 👇Below I have share a Prompt that worked for me and its pretty accurate according to my skills and requirements . You might have to change the prompt little bit according to your skill set and requirements. Prompt : Create a practical, hands-on coding curriculum for a product designer who wants to understand both frontend and backend development beyond the basics. This curriculum should: 1. Start at absolute zero coding knowledge and progress incrementally. 2. Be accessible to someone with limited math skills (equivalent to a 15-year-old). 3. Focus on practical exercises and projects rather than theory. 4. Require only 30 minutes of daily practice. 5. Cover enough technical knowledge to: - Understand developers' technical challenges - Customize AI/ML tools for personal use - Perform basic data science tasks Please structure the curriculum with clear daily/weekly goals, specific hands-on exercises, relevant project milestones, and recommended free and latest learning resources for daily and weekly goals or curriculum. For each section, explain what skills will be developed and how they connect to real-world product design challenges. #ProductDesignJourney #CodeForDesigners #UXtoCode #DesignersWhoCode #PXLearning #30MinCoding #DesignToCode #TechUpskill #NoCodeToCode #ProductDesignStack #AIPromptHack #DesignersCanCode #TechCurriculum #LearnToCodeChallenge #CrossFunctionalSkills #FutureOfDesign #ProductSkillset #CodeNewbie #DesignTech #CareerLeveling

YES! I did wrote this. 💡 Good design isn’t just about usability Let’s be real—if UI didn’t matter, every B2B product would look like an old Excel sheet. But guess what? It does matter. If UI didn’t matter, Microsoft Teams would have crushed Google Meet. But why do so many users prefer Google Meet, even when Teams has more features? 🔹 Google Meet feels light & intuitive – Simple UI, easy navigation, and minimal clutter make it effortless. 🔹 Microsoft Teams feels heavy – Too many options upfront, a cluttered UI, and a steep learning curve can overwhelm users. Both tools offer great functionality, but perception shapes experience. A cleaner, well-designed UI can make a product feel easier, faster, and better—before a user even explores its full capabilities. I can share much more examples of this type. In B2B, UI matters just as much as UX because: 👉 First impressions impact adoption – If your product looks outdated, users assume it’s clunky. 👉 Onboarding becomes smoother – A well-structured UI reduces cognitive load. 👉 Retention improves – A clean, intuitive UI makes daily workflows feel effortless. People don’t just use B2B tools—they live in them. If a product looks modern, feels smooth, and works well, users will choose it over a feature-packed but visually complex alternative. 🚀 A good UI isn’t decoration—it’s a growth driver. #B2BDesign #UX #UIUX #ProductDesign #EnterpriseSoftware

Good UI is like a joke 🤣🤣🤣🤣— if you have to explain it, it's not that good. Simplify interactions, remove friction, and make decisions intuitive. What’s one UI/UX mistake you see too often? #samayraina #joke #uiuxdesign #Product

🚀 The Power of Empty States in Product Design Most designers focus on filled screens, but empty states shape user experience too! ✅ Guide users with helpful messages ✅ Add playful microcopy to keep engagement ✅ Encourage actions, not dead-ends Great design isn’t just about what's there—it’s also about what's missing. #UX #ProductDesign

Well I completely don't agree, Yes it's ok if you don't feel good in your current decision and move on to the next but if you continuously shift decisions not giving it a time to work (at start everything is hard to do) then you need to work on your patience levels.

Not understanding this idea is the root cause of a number of terrible mid-career decisions by otherwise-talented people.

Why is the Data So true. , I want to know from where are these data gets Collected.
With evolving gender norms, This market, in my opinion as a man who puts on mint foot cream before going to sleep, is set to blow up :) Not because their face is a moneymaker or to prevent skin cancer, but cos Social Media has made our need for validation higher than ever before... Pick what worked with women and build for men maybe, perhaps jewelry next...

Great designs come from observing customer behavior. Experimentation is key to understanding and improving, even on a small scale. Founders must embrace testing to drive growth and create exceptional user experiences. It’s about more than sales—it’s about future impact.
