Command and Conquer Generals 64-bit DirectX 11 Remaster Progress:
- Added volumetric clouds instead of/in addition to old texture billboard explosions, smokes, toxins and so on.
- Increased logic FPS to 70 for Skirmish and Multiplayer while maintaining it as 30 fps for shell (main menu), campaigns and challenges for compatibility.
- Added post processing render effects such as distortion, color correction and more.
- GPU particles and instancing and compute shaders to spice things up.
- Profiled and optimized hot paths that made the game lag previously.
