💡3 questions to ask yourself about your love connections:
1. Does this relationship make my world smaller or bigger?
2. What parts of me do I hide to make the other person feel comfortable?
3. What parts of me are freed, revealed, or emboldened in this relationship?

Monogamyths to stay away from:
"I must wait to meet 'the one' who I will be compatible with, in every way"
Heck, most days I am not even fully compatible with myself! Is it really possible for another person who has a whole different history to tick every compatibility box?
Most times I tolerate clueless monogamists well but the relentless conflating of ENM with FWB, which is a clueless phrase too; I hope all friendships, sexual or not, have benefits. Today I'm not tolerating this unevolved behavior well.
