Agree! I was actually advised by MH crisis team to call police to my husband during an early onset Alzheimer’s psychotic episode. They were very kind but not the help I needed and unfair on them to be the only option for many. We need better community MH support urgently

A Covid patient admitted to ICU means another patient cannot have their brain tumour operated on or their stomach cancer removed.
It’s one patient in, one patient out.

We need to stop glamorising overworking. Back2back meetings, no lunch breaks & late night working aren’t signs of a committed leader. Having boundaries are a form of self care & models to those you lead this is important. Spaces in your diary gives time to generate new ideas.
