As markets rebound or sudden large moves appear, consider de-risking, especially in low-liquidity assets where gains can reverse quickly due to thin order books.
Multi-timeframe analysis can also help gauge the true strength of a move. For example, if you see a big candle on the higher timeframe that still looks proportionally large and impulsive on lower timeframes, it often suggests limited participation example, fewer buyers or a few large players dominating. Which can indicate weaker underlying strength and higher risk of reversal, making it a good spot to scale out or tighten stops.
