**L2 pick - $ARB** Again, it should come to no surprise to you that the L2 I would pick is ARB. Although the recent launch of BASE chain which is backed by Coinbase and has one of the newest and bullish protocols launch on it with being FT, I still believe ARB will outperform OP in the long-run *(however, OP should do extremely well too simply as a beta play). * Since we are all invested in crypto and believe in its long term growth which by effect means **we are bullish on ETH, it therefore means a working and successful L2 is needed**. Arbitrum is a base layer built upon ETH which acts as its own ecosystem and is much cheaper and faster than the ETH network *(which is a necessity to have in bull run conditions when the ETH network becomes congested and gas fees for a simple Tx becomes $100-$200 that acts as a barrier of entry for lower capitalised players i.e. retail)*. ARB is currently a $1bn marketcap coin which may sound inflated to you in the correct environment and conditions which I wouldn't argue with but is extremely cheap for value in my eyes. We have seen crazy capitalisations in crypto before in bull runs such as coins like **AVAX reaching $30bn which wasn't even the winner of the L1 cycle we had. ** If I was to be extremely conservative with my ARB valuation in a bull run**, it would sit at $10bn which is still a whooping 10x from here at current prices** but in an ideal scenario I think this can easily reach $20bn. In terms of where I am looking to buy ARB which we already done here in the group is (from $0.9-$0.75) **accumulating sub $1 all the way down to even $0.5** if its a bag you can set and forget about til later.

$BTC even today very low volumes and volatility, there is a lot of uncertainty right now. And it is difficult to trade, On the daily the PA is not the best, it continues to close above 30k, and a dump at 29.2k is likely. Be very careful and try to manage your risk as best you can. As soon as the price returns above 30.3k there will be more opportunities.
