2 Scrolls 📜 = 1 Treasure Chest ✨
Alot of people have been wondering about the utility of the Uke scrolls, let's take a look at one of their use cases. 🧵👇
Burn 2 scrolls, receive a treasure chest.
The scrolls hold the hidden location of a treasure chest. Burning a pair of Scrolls will reveal the location of a treasure chest, allowing you to claim it.
Treasure chest
Every Treasure chest NFT holds a finite supply of
$SOUL tokens, the
$SOUL unlocks at a constant rate over 180 days.
The tokens are emitted to the NFT holder every day at a rate of (Locked Supply/Days remaining).
The
$SOUL tokens are accrued over time and are kept inside the chest until claimed by the holder.
During the 180 day period, you may claim any
$SOUL that has been unlocked or trade your chest including the
$SOUL inside, at any time.
How does it work❓
- User A burned their scrolls and received a treasure chest with: 300 000 Locked
$SOUL / 180 days
The amount of tokens that A will receive per day are 300 000/180, which is an emission of 1666 tokens per day, User A can either claim the tokens, or let them accrue.
- User B burned their scrolls and received a treasure chest with: 920 000 Locked
$SOUL / 180 days
The amount of tokens that A will receive per day are 920 000/180, which is an emission of 5111 tokens per day, User B can either claim the tokens, or let them accrue.
Thought process
Treasure chests are the foundation of all rewards in the Uke Uke ecosystem. One of the main problems of other games, are the constant token emissions that eventually lead to a death spiral of the token, instead of releasing tokens directly to the users, we decided to try something new, give players NFTs which release tokens at a constant rate. Giving these NFTs intrinsic value and also fixing liquidity draining issues with the constant token emissions seen traditionally.
