Overall impression: Beautiful green well roasted. A refined, nuanced and well balanced cup - 88.6

Negative: Touch straw in aroma. While the quality of the body was very nice it was a bit lacking

Positive: Mandarin orange, floral - violet, browning sugars on the nose. Stone fruit, cocoa and raspberry, ceylon tea finish. Silky body.

This is a really stellar coffee. Any amazing demonstration of terroir and variety being distinct yet balanced in the cup. @coffeeshrub

Positive: Floral, white peach. Milk chocolate, honey, vanilla, butter, cardamom. Incredibly complex. Negative: none.
