If you wonder why the current #cancer treatments cannot protect millions of cancer patients from dying, this is the reason.
Tumor-induced immune disorder (TID) is a major driver of clinical deterioration and mortality in patients with advanced #cancer. It promotes #cachexia, multiple organ damage, and opportunistic infections. Effective therapies specifically targeting TID are therefore urgently needed. share.google/BU2vD45UJKUbjfO…

The major problem with current treatment approaches for late-stage #cancer is that care is rarely directed toward cure — which is why true cures remain exceptional. Because curative outcomes are so uncommon, most patients come to view advanced cancer as an inevitable death sentence. When someone then tells a terminally ill patient that a realistic chance of survival exists, they often refuse to believe it. After being told repeatedly by doctors that “there are no options left,” hope feels simply too good to be true.

I should have said the way for her. I know everyone’s cancer is different and responds to different things.

Yes…been following you for a good while. Tryouts some very dark times…Reading you was encouraging through those times because you kept saying there’s a way. I think we have found the way.

Thanks for this I sent it to my wife. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 clear cell ovarian cancer 4 years ago. It’s a rare subtype without any approved treatments other than Carboplatin (which didn’t work). She’s gone from 13 tumors down to one and its shrinking. Maybe what we’ve discovered can help someone else through this app

To everyone battling #stage4cancer right now—especially when #cachexia is making every day harder and hope feels distant: I see your courage. If standard options are gone and you're dealing with severe wasting, please DM me. We’re exploring ways to target the immune root cause.

It is fundamentally misguided to view #cancercachexia as a primarily metabolic syndrome. Treating it solely through metabolic interventions will never fully reverse the condition. At its core, cancer cachexia is an immune-driven syndrome, propelled by tumor-induced immune disorder (systemic inflammation and pro-inflammatory cytokines) that orchestrate widespread tissue wasting and metabolic dysregulation.

A colleague at the recent JPM conference encouraged us to make our investigational life-saving therapy available to patients who have exhausted all standard treatment options. If you or a loved one is battling #stage4cancer with severe cachexia (body wasting) and would like to learn more about the potential process for accessing this investigational therapy, please send me a message.

The biggest problem with #cancer treatment today is that virtually all therapies target the tumor itself — while patients are actually dying from something else.

Even if you have the best care team, you still cannot survive if only following the standard care because the standard care is based on wrong understanding of the killing mechanisms of #pancreaticcancer
The prognosis for advanced #PancreaticCancer remains extremely challenging, with a 5-year survival rate typically around 3% or less for stage IV disease. Simply accepting standard treatments as a passive patient often leads to limited outcomes. To maximize your chances under current care, it is essential to become an active participant in your care: ask probing, in-depth questions, seek second opinions, understand your specific disease conditions, explore clinical trials, and actively look for latest research progress to shape your treatment plan. Empowerment and informed involvement can make a meaningful difference in navigating this difficult journey.

The most urgent need for pancreatic cancer is an effective treatment for #cachexia to reverse the lethal declining, thus patients have time to deal with the tumors.
