Just finished this superb book on adaptation in military institutions by @norabensahel & @DWBarno76 . It is a very good exploration of why military organisations and their leaders need a more adaptive mindset, and how this might be achieved.

An entry with a slogan has to get some bonus points... 'Always on, always projecting'. What do you think of Tom McDermott's concept of Phase 0 operations? #IntellectualEdge cove.army.gov.au/article/cov…

Was so great as always to spend time with the @FoW_ADFA team. The ADF has some amazing leaders coming through and seeing this link up between @DEF_Aus and #ADFA was great! #thinkdangerously #challengetheaccepted
Big night of ideas! Our brains are exhausted 🥴. A great opportunity for junior leaders to engage with current leaders across the ADF and share our ideas for the future of war. Big shout out to @acsc_j, @DEF_Aus & @GroundCuriosity for your support and guidance.

Alternative scenarios and #FICINT are good ways to explore security challenges, military force structures & conflict prevention. Here is another piece by the two contemporary masters of #FICINT - @peterwsinger & @august_cole - in the Proceedings journal ow.ly/EZR830raofj

Another insightful and practical article in the 'Propel Her' series. Meeting imposter syndrome head on, and with positivity, lessens its power and prevents 'paralysis through overanalysis'. Thanks @LyndsayFreeman8 @ShamsaLea
Think back to all your greatest achievements. Did you feel proud of what you had just accomplished, or like a fraud who just got lucky? Could it be imposter syndrome? | @LyndsayFreeman8 & @ShamsaLea are back with Part 5 of #PropelHer groundedcuriosity.com/impost…

Great article & an important reminder to keep a critical eye on emerging areas of concern in regions the ADF operate. Looking forward to Part 2 getting released! 👏🏼

A great 2-part series published by the @AARCAusArmy on the conflict in Yemen. Generates dialogue around the humanitarian crisis & the international foreign policy that should be leading Yemen’s path to peace. Love it @LyndsayFreeman8. @FoW_ADFA #ADFA #PME #ProudHusband

A great #logistics read from @WarOnTheRocks. While it is focussed on the US system, particularly munitions, the article poses interesting questions for @DeptDefence and its own supply chains. @ShamsaLea @jeffreyftanner
