Governor Kim Driscoll (third from right) and members of the MASS-TF on the capabilities of the newly completed Monti Research Facility, an 80,600 sq ft state-of-the-art laboratory for understanding, predicting, and optimizing human performance effects of technological, material, nutritional and behavioral system innovations on the individual warfighter and squad, as DEVCOM Soldier Center Director Doug Tamilio (right) looks on. The building will be officially dedicated in memory of Army Sergeant First Class Jared Monti, a Massachusetts native who posthumously earned the Medal of Honor in Afghanistan in 2006.
