The Drug-Gene Interaction Database (DGIdb) is an open access, open source database that provides information on drug-gene interactions and gene druggability.
Help the DGIdb development team understand how we can better promote hypothesis generation and interaction data sets for the biomedical and clinical research community. Take 5 minutes to share how you use DGIdb and what we can improve for your research: forms.gle/ohrk49dmHMPXzY1K8
DGIdb is currently planning new feature sets for our next development cycle! Features under consideration include the expansion of regulatory and pathways datasets, and more avenues for community engagement. Provide your feedback here: forms.gle/ohrk49dmHMPXzY1K8
Super excited to announce the preprint for @CIViCdb 1.5 update paper. "Evolution of the open-access CIViC knowledgebase is driven by the needs of the cancer variant interpretation community" biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
Major update just released: Integration of the Drug-Gene Interaction Database (@DGI_db v4.0) with open crowdsource efforts. Includes new/updated sources, improved drug normalization, query scores, @NDExProject integration, and more! biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
@DGI_db (dgidb.org/) team is embarking on a major update (v4). If your favorite source of drug-gene interactions or druggable gene categories is missing, now would be a good time to let us know! Feature requests welcome, but major UI refactoring is slated for v5. :)
Latest review paper with Fei Wang just came out: Everything you need to know about drug knowledge bases and their applications in biomedical informatics research academic.oup.com/bib/advance…
