1000s of photos deleted.They claim they warned me & others about losing our memories but I logged in just 2 weeks ago & there was nothing in my account telling me this would happen

@Shutterfly how do I get to a tech person? Your live chat CS is lying to me. You deleted all my old photos & she’s telling me they are gone for ER but they are not. They are still hosted somewhere because I can bring them up from old Shutterfly emails and links in there.
