At DIB, we believe financial well-being begins with knowledge and access. In collaboration with myZoi, we recently hosted a dedicated financial literacy session for our support staff, focused on money management and fraud awareness.
The session provided practical insights and tools to help participants make informed financial decisions, protect themselves against fraud, and build greater financial confidence. As part of our commitment to financial inclusion, we recognize that true inclusion goes beyond access to financial services. It also requires the knowledge, confidence, and readiness to participate in and benefit from the financial system.
By equipping individuals with the skills to manage their finances effectively, we help create greater financial resilience and unlock opportunities for long-term prosperity. By empowering people with knowledge, we help create stronger, more secure, and more inclusive futures. Because we know financial inclusion does not just stop at access, it begins with it.
